Erin Newton

Ms. Newton works as the Operations Manager for the firm, supporting all levels of firm operations.

Erin also works with the advisory and capital deal teams to support firm mandates on research, the firm’s operations team, and outside advisors to the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in January 2025, Erin worked as an executive assistant in a variety of industries including Epic Games and Lenovo and as a brokerage assistant at CBRE|Raleigh. She spent over five years on Capitol Hill, the last of which was as executive assistant and scheduler for Congressman Bob Goodlatte, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pepperdine University and enjoys reading, travel, and attending concerts and baseball games. She currently resides in Alexandria, VA.
